Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF18, C3orf85, and DGAT2L6. Each is linked with HIRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRA-to-partner and partner-to-HIRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLF18 grouped by HIRA-low versus HIRA-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
