HIPK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIPK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with HIPK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK4-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by HIPK4-low versus HIPK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
