HIPK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,536 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, ZWINT, and RBM17. Each is linked with HIPK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK3-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by HIPK3-low versus HIPK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
