HIPK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTPA, SLC38A8, and SLC6A18. Each is linked with HIPK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK3-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTPA grouped by HIPK3-low versus HIPK3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
