HINT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5585, OR2J3, and RN7SKP56. Each is linked with HINT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT3-to-partner and partner-to-HINT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5585 grouped by HINT3-low versus HINT3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
