HINT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, ZMYM3, and PRPF38B_S529. Each is linked with HINT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT2-to-partner and partner-to-HINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT2 versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
