HINT1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,219 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R9A, PPP1R9A_S840, and SMARCC2. Each is linked with HINT1P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HINT1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT1P2 versus PPP1R9A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
