HILPDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HILPDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HILPDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3KP2, RBX1P1, and MRPL51P2. Each is linked with HILPDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HILPDA-to-partner and partner-to-HILPDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR3KP2 grouped by HILPDA-low versus HILPDA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HILPDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HILPDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
