HIKESHI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIKESHI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIKESHI-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB1P2, RNA5SP405, and MIR615. Each is linked with HIKESHI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIKESHI-to-partner and partner-to-HIKESHI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB1P2 grouped by HIKESHI-low versus HIKESHI-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIKESHI→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIKESHI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
