Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIGD2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIGD2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H. Each is linked with HIGD2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD2B-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300H grouped by HIGD2B-low versus HIGD2B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
