HIGD2AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD2AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,794 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD2AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILF2, RBM15B, and TOP2B. Each is linked with HIGD2AP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD2AP2-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD2AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIGD2AP2 versus ILF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD2AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD2AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
