HIGD1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIGD1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A5, SLC4A3, and MYH13. Each is linked with HIGD1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1C-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
