Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD1AP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,452 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIGD1AP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF16B, TNS1_S1413, and MINK1_S732. Each is linked with HIGD1AP8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1AP8-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1AP8 results are reported.
