Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD1AP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,593 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD1AP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA modification, Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with HIGD1AP6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1AP6-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1AP6 results are reported.
