HIGD1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,079 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLGA4, TMF1, and TOM1L2. Each is linked with HIGD1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1A-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1A versus GOLGA4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
