HIGD1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, LCP1, and FAS. Each is linked with HIGD1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1A-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1A versus NCF4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
