Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIGD1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,748 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition, Glial cell migration, and Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with HIGD1A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD1A-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD1A results are reported.
