HIF3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBF1, NRDC, and SEC16A. Each is linked with HIF3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIF3A versus GBF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
