Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 304 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTNAP1, TNFSF10, and GHRL. Each is linked with HIF3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIF3A versus CNTNAP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
