HIF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPP1, APOOP2, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with HIF3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNPP1 grouped by HIF3A-low versus HIF3A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
