Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,396 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with HIF3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF3A results are reported.
