HIF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIF3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, PFN3, and SIGLEC6. Each is linked with HIF3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by HIF3A-low versus HIF3A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
