Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF1AN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF1AN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CWF19L1, DDX50, and P4HB. Each is linked with HIF1AN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF1AN-to-partner and partner-to-HIF1AN results are reported.
