HIC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,360 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, ILK, and MMP2. Each is linked with HIC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC1-to-partner and partner-to-HIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIC1 versus RSU1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
