HIC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, GYPC, and ABCA8. Each is linked with HIC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC1-to-partner and partner-to-HIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIC1 versus AOC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
