HIC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01050, TM4SF19-TCTEX1D2, and GTF2F2P2. Each is linked with HIC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC1-to-partner and partner-to-HIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01050 grouped by HIC1-low versus HIC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
