HIC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, mTOR_pS2448, and Paxillin. Each is linked with HIC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIC1-to-partner and partner-to-HIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by HIC1-low versus HIC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
