HIBCH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIBCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,385 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIBCH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, DDAH1, and FCGR1A. Each is linked with HIBCH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIBCH-to-partner and partner-to-HIBCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIBCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIBCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
