HHLA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HHLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D6, SUPT20HL1, and IFNA17. Each is linked with HHLA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHLA1-to-partner and partner-to-HHLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D6 grouped by HHLA1-low versus HHLA1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
