HHIPL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHIPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHIPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEA1, FA2H, and RHOV. Each is linked with HHIPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHIPL2-to-partner and partner-to-HHIPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HHIPL2 versus EEA1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHIPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHIPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
