HHIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP457, SFXN1, and TAF9. Each is linked with HHIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHIP-to-partner and partner-to-HHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP457 grouped by HHIP-low versus HHIP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
