HHIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, mTOR_pS2448, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with HHIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHIP-to-partner and partner-to-HHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HHIP-low versus HHIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
