HHAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,127 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, PRKRA, and EIF3K. Each is linked with HHAT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHAT-to-partner and partner-to-HHAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HHAT versus RO60 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
