HHAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HHAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are F9, SMIM9, and PRR20B. Each is linked with HHAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHAT-to-partner and partner-to-HHAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F9 grouped by HHAT-low versus HHAT-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
