HGSNAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGSNAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGSNAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, AURKB, and COX6CP12. Each is linked with HGSNAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGSNAT-to-partner and partner-to-HGSNAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by HGSNAT-low versus HGSNAT-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGSNAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGSNAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
