HEYL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEYL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5K1, TRAJ57, and RNU6-937P. Each is linked with HEYL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEYL-to-partner and partner-to-HEYL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5K1 grouped by HEYL-low versus HEYL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEYL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEYL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
