HEY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,204 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POSTN, COL1A2, and PRKG1. Each is linked with HEY1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY1-to-partner and partner-to-HEY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEY1 versus POSTN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
