Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,100 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF559-ZNF177, GPCPD1, and TTI2. Each is linked with HEY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY1-to-partner and partner-to-HEY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEY1 versus ZNF559-ZNF177 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
