HEY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2E, MTCO2P34, and IGLJ7. Each is linked with HEY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY1-to-partner and partner-to-HEY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE2E grouped by HEY1-low versus HEY1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
