HEY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEY1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with HEY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY1-to-partner and partner-to-HEY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by HEY1-low versus HEY1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
