Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,666 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trabecula formation, Aerobic respiration, and Heart trabecula formation. Each is linked with HEY1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY1-to-partner and partner-to-HEY1 results are reported.
