HEXIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830, BRD8, and COLGALT1. Each is linked with HEXIM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXIM2-to-partner and partner-to-HEXIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEXIM2 versus ZNF830 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEXIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEXIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
