HEXIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-52P, RNU4-31P, and MIR549A. Each is linked with HEXIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXIM2-to-partner and partner-to-HEXIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-52P grouped by HEXIM2-low versus HEXIM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEXIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEXIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
