HEXIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are B-Raf, ERK2, and ARID1A. Each is linked with HEXIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXIM2-to-partner and partner-to-HEXIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B-Raf grouped by HEXIM2-low versus HEXIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEXIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEXIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
