HEXB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,474 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FCHO2, PNN, and ILF2. Each is linked with HEXB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXB-to-partner and partner-to-HEXB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEXB versus FCHO2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEXB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEXB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
