HEXB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEXB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEXB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, MLPH, and E2F8. Each is linked with HEXB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEXB-to-partner and partner-to-HEXB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEXB versus PRMT5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEXB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEXB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
