HESX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HESX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,988 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HESX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP36, NEIL2, and KRT8. Each is linked with HESX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HESX1-to-partner and partner-to-HESX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HESX1 versus CFAP36 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HESX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HESX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
