HES7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HES7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,146 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF1, CEP170_S359, and MAP3K8_S141. Each is linked with HES7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES7-to-partner and partner-to-HES7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HES7 versus ARFGEF1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
