HES7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HES7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-173P, MIR3675, and BCRP6. Each is linked with HES7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES7-to-partner and partner-to-HES7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-173P grouped by HES7-low versus HES7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
