HES6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HES6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,723 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARCKSL1, LMNA, and TOMM34. Each is linked with HES6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES6-to-partner and partner-to-HES6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HES6 versus MARCKSL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
